1) Start by ensuring that your address is the same as the one you provided when you placed your order.
2) Is you registered at the address with your name on the mailbox? Otherwise the post office will not be able to find your mailbox and thus not deliver your package.
3) If all your information is correct and you still have not received your package within 10 working days, you are welcome to contact us and we will help. you of course.
